Big three enjoyed the second half and defeated Nizni

Kalev/Cramo got their 13th victory of the season in VTB as they defeated Nizni Novgorod 94:84 (39:44) in Saku Suurhall, the win lifted them to seventh spot in the league table.

After an impressive 18 point win against Zenit on Wednesday and securing a play-off spot for the first time, Kalev players started off bad and weren’t able to click until the second half when american trio Wroten, Moultrie and Lewis showed excellent skills and led Kalev/Cramo to a crucial win.

Moultrie finished with 22 points, Wroten added 21, Lewis made 5 threes and had 19 and Kitsing added 12 points. Nizni who played without two of their main players, were lead by Ian Hummer who had 18 and Vladimir Dragicevic who had 17 points.

Kalev who won both games against Nizni now has an advantage in the rankings as they have the same score 13-12, so the final round of games mean everything for the teams.
