Kalev started the quarter finals with a loss

Kalev/Cramo played their first ever VTB playoff game as they faced Unics in Kazan and even though they were in the game most of the time had to admit 82:92 (47:51) loss to the 2. ranked team in VTB.

Similarly to most of the games this season, the first quarter was a high scoring game as Kalev had 24 and Unics 27 points. The game was tight the whole time as teams changed basket after basket but Unics had a 4 point lead going into the half-time. Third quarter Unics stepped up their game and got an 8 point lead which they held until the end of the game.

Errick McCollum who has been unstoppable by Kalev this season, had 29 points, Melvin Ejim added 20 points and Raymar Morgan had 15. For the visitors, Tony Wroten had 19 points and Mirkovic added 16.
